The 2016 ICN Annual Conference will be held between 25 – 29 April in Singapore. Many plenary and breakout sessions addressing various topics of competition law will be held during the Annual Conference. Yüksel Kaya (Director, Competition and Regulation at ENRE) will be the moderator during the Breakout Session on Refusal to License Intellectual Property organized by the Unilateral Conduct Working Group.
