Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on 24 July 2019 on Turkish Pharmacists’ Association following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations that the association fixed pharmacists’ terms of purchase outside the market contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, practices and decisions.
