Turkish Competition Board decided that Radontek Medikal İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. abused its dominant position through refusal to deal in the markets covering Cyberknife branded linear accelerator device, its spare parts and its maintenance and repair contrary to Article 6 of the Competition Act. As a result, Radontek was fined TL 248,548.62.
