The Turkish Competition Board fined Gediz Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. and Aydem Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. as they abused their dominant positions contrary to Article 6 of the Competition Act No.4054. In this context, Gediz Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. was fined TL 19,433,652.71 whereas Aydem Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. was fined TL 25,696,400.76. Finally, Turkish Competition Board required those companies to terminate their abusive conduct.
