The Competition Board imposed fines on 4 undertakings operating in the tourism sector on the grounds that they infringed Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054. The fines imposed by the decision dated 21 Nov 2016 and numbered 16-40/662-296 are in the following;
- TL 1,933,445.40 on Alkan Grup Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş., representing %0.35 of its annual gross revenue
- TL 2,857,031.67 on Antalya Pegas Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., representing %0.35 of its annual gross revenue
- TL 3,460,081.07 on Odeon Turizm İşletmeciliği A.Ş., representing %0.35 of its annual gross revenue
- TL 77,411.76 on V Turizm Seyahat Acentalığı Taşımacılık İnş. Tic. A.Ş., representing % 0.2 of its annual gross revenue
