Following the presentation of a settlement text by Meysu Gıda San. ve Tic. AŞ, the Turkish Competition Board terminated an investigation initiated to decide whether that undertaking had fixed resale prices of its buyers. The undertaking was fined TL 5,682,968.39 after a 25% discount for settlement.
