The Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on Nestle Türkiye Gıda San. A.Ş. to determine whether it had infringed Article 4 of the Turkish Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive agreements through resale price maintenance and territorial and customer restrictions imposed on its distributors.
