Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on Sahibinden Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. in order to determine whether Article 6 of the Competition Act No.4054 prohibiting abuse of dominance had been infringed via prevention of carrying data or other means with respect to online platform services.
