Following a preliminary inquiry, Turkish Competition Board has initiated an investigation on 8 private hospitals to determine whether they have fixed the fees for operating room services to be charged to self-employed doctors and whether they have concluded a gentlemen’s agreement to avoid transfer of employees among hospitals.
