Turkish Competition Board fines 4 undertakings operating in the market of mail and cargo transportation

Turkish Competition Board fines 4 undertakings operating in the market of mail and cargo transportation as they infringed Article 4 of the Competition Act prohibiting anti-competitive agreements by restricting the undertakings, with which they had vertical relations, to selling to the customers of those 4 undertakings. In this context, DHL Worldwide Express Taşımacılık ve Ticaret A.Ş. was fined TL 19,328,140.14, TNT International Express Taşımacılık Ticaret Ltd. Şti was fined TL15,341,376.57, Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. was fined TL16,347,149.29 and UPS Hızlı Kargo Taşımacılığı A.Ş. was fined TL 10,384,054.73.
