Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on 26 September 2019 on 5 undertakings operating in the market for the sale and changing of taximeters in İstanbul following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations that those undertakings had fixed prices in concert contrary to Article 4 of the Competition Act No. 4054 prohibiting anti-competitive agreements, practices and decisions.
