Turkish Competition Board initiated an investigation on 20 June 2019 on D-Market Elektronik Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Anka Mobil Tedarik A.Ş. following a preliminary inquiry based on allegations that they had infringed the Competition Act No. 4054 through MFN practices, discrimination, limitation of intrabrand competition, refusal to deal and RPM.
